Terms of Service

By using the services of Compu911 Inc. you agree to these terms.

  1. Compu911 Inc. (hereinafter referred to by Compu911) is not responsible for goods left 30 days past notice for retrieval of said goods being sent to the Customer's last known address.

  2. The Customer is responsible for risk of loss or damage to equipment while it is in the possession of Compu911 unless caused by Compu911's negligence.

  3. Compu911's liability for damages, whether in contract in tort, including negligence, shall be limited to the Customer's actual direct damages in any amount not to exceed the amount paid to Compu911 pursuant to any outstanding invoice. The foregoing shall apply whether or not the damages arise as a result of breach of a condition, warranty, representation or fundamental term or as a result of fundamental breach or as a result of the fault or negligence of Compu911. In no event shall Compu911 be liable for any loss of profits, loss of use of equipment, loss of data or other indirect, consequential or incidental damages howsoever caused or arising incurred by the Customer or any other person even if Compu911 has been advised of such or even if such were reasonably foreseeable. Compu911 makes no representation or warranty as to the legality or of the Customer or its employees or agents, whether such act or omission specifically relates to, arises from, or is facilitated by the services, applications and or products provided by Compu911, or otherwise.

  4. The Customer acknowledges that it is the Customer's responsibility to implement safeguards to protect data (including its confidentiality) and or software contained in electronic memories or other devices. In no event shall Compu911 be liable to the Customer or to any third party user if any such data and or software is lost, rendered inaccurate or damaged.

  5. The Customer represents and warrants that the Customer is the owner of the Equipment described within the invoice received, or if not the owner, is duly authorized to execute the work described in any invoice received.
