Decades of Trust.
Compu911 was started with the vision of delivering swift and personalized services to suit the needs of the individual. We prefer simplistic solutions to over-engineered ones, and our loyalty belongs to the people we serve — not the big tech corporations.
Simplistic Solutions
Technology shouldn't be a puzzle. We focus on stripping away the complexity to give you clear, effective paths forward.
Purpose-Driven Gear
We don't just sell parts; we recommend hardware and software that serves your specific goals and stands the test of time.
Integrity-Based Service
Our team operates on a foundation of honesty. If you don't need it, we won't suggest it. Clear advice, zero jargon.
The Evolution of Care.
Compu911 Inc. was founded in 2005, in a time when most people had upgraded to Windows XP, but it wasn't uncommon to still see machines running Windows 98. The first generation of social media platforms were giving way to new ones with a much broader audience, and smartphones were becoming more common for business and personal use. As more people started to regularly use the internet, Compu911 was there to rescue customers from the rampant viruses and malware plaguing computers everywhere.
As the landscape shifted, so did we. By 2012, the largest tech companies were creating cloud platforms for hosted email and servers. Compu911 helped its customers utilize these emerging technologies to benefit their businesses through cost savings, reliability, and improved workflow efficiency.
The year 2020 brought unprecedented challenges and further increased our reliance on technology to collaborate and communicate. Compu911 continued to adapt, empowering its customers with work-from-home technologies and remote communication tools. In late 2025, Compu911 merged with Leveled Up Solutions, gaining access to expanded resources and expertise — further strengthening our service delivery for every customer.
Through every OS update and hardware revolution, our core mission has remained unchanged: providing local, reliable, and expert technical support.
Born into the Machine.
Travis started using computers at the age of four, growing up through the birth of personal computing in the 80s. From the operating systems of MS-DOS 6 and Windows 3.1 to Windows 95/98, he developed skills at a young age that would lay the foundation for his passion for technology.
When Travis's family moved to Red Deer at age 12, he discovered the magic of Bulletin Board Systems using a 14400 baud modem. The idea that computers could talk to other computers was the catalyst that solidified his destiny with technology. That childhood passion for connecting people through machines is the same energy that drives Compu911 today.
